Last two trading session was good. Market was in downtrend till Thursday and we recommend all the investors to trade cautiously because the economic growth of India is not as expected. Rupee became senior citizen (60) and government struggling hard to strengthen the rupee value. Government has increased the price to Petrol, LNG, CNC (Cash & carry) for gold, relaxed investment type to FII (Foreign Institutional Investors) and interest rates are revised. However we are unable to see much outcome from the rupee and still investors are selling rupee. At last government needs to artificially pump up the demand to rupee by buying a lot. We don't know what government supposed to come up with a plan but let us wait and watch the game. Till that period we can see lot of bumpy ride in the market & it is safe to trade with knowledge instead of speculation. Many blue chips equities and midcaps are corrected more than 20% because of weaken rupee impact the profitability of the company. How? Simple, Earlier a company used to export for 50 rupee to gain a dollar and now they have to export 60 to gain a same dollar. Ultimately they are exporting 20% with no gain but the expenditure will be the same. So you can see lot of correction in the exporting company and we recommend to book profit instead of making huge loss. Alright! We have published the last quarter performance to all investors.
